Polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panel rigid foam is currently a fire-resistant insulation panel for building envelopes. It features low thermal conductivity, load-bearing capacity, bending resistance, water resistance, flame retardancy, and temperature resistance. Utilizing the physical properties and formulation of polyurethane (PU, PIR), the polyurethane foaming agent is evenly sprayed onto the color-coated steel plate, allowing the foaming agent to expand and form between the color-coated steel plates, resulting in a three-layer, one-time molded polyurethane (PU, PIR) color steel composite sandwich panel. This new type of lightweight building material combines color-coated steel plates with polyurethane and represents the development direction of lightweight building materials.

Concealed nail-type polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panels and integrated exterior wall insulation panels are provided by Jiangsu Tengwei Color Steel. The metal-faced polyurethane edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panel is produced by pressing the upper and lower metal plates into shape, spraying two-component adhesive onto the inner surfaces of the metal plates with a glue gun, sealing the edges with polyurethane, filling the middle with rock wool core material, and curing and shaping it through a double-track machine, followed by fixed-size cutting. It offers fire resistance, lightweight properties, aesthetic appearance, thermal insulation, load-bearing capacity, and short construction periods.
